Important “PARADE DAY” Information
PLEASE NOTE: ALL parade participants MUST register at the PARADE REGISTRATION AREA, which will be located at the GIRARDVILLE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, FOURTH & “B” Streets in the Girardville Borough. (Located next to the Little League Field Complex).
Registration will open from 8:30am until 11am.
Our Registration staff will be available to assist your group. Please send One (1) Representative from your group to the Registration Area. They will be given a NUMBERED TAG, to be displayed on your groups banner, vehicle, float, or worn by a designated member of your marching unit, etc. This tag is to identify your group for judging in the Line of March. So please remember to display/wear it appropriately so that it can be easily seen by Parade Officials.
Parade will “step-off” at 12 noon sharp, RAIN OR SHINE. Awards ceremony is held immediately following the conclusion of the parade. Ceremony is held in front of Girardville’s Historic “Jack Kehoe” Hibernian House” located at the corner of Beech and Line streets in the Borough.
